Level 2 in Business and Administration
Early Years Administrative roles require the development of excellent organisation and communication skills. Level 2 Learners new to their role or holding a junior position will consider these skills in line with managing and improving their own performance, solving problems, delivering good customer care, carrying out work-specific tasks and managing data.
Location: Work Based
Duration: 12 – 15 Months
Entry Requirements: Your employee should hold a contract of employment and be employed for a minimum of 16hrs per week.
Personal Progression: Your employee could progress on to a higher level Business Administration framework.
UNIT 32 – Meet and Welcome Visitors
This unit covers the processes and procedures your employees are to follow and the hospitality to provide when meeting all visitors to the Early Years setting.
UNIT 49 – Administer Human Resources Records
As an employee working within early years administration, this units supports the knowledge, understanding and skills to create, maintain, report on and ensure legal and organisational compliance with Human Resource records for both existing staff and new starters.
This qualification can be fully funded within an Apprenticeship framework. Alternatively, it is available commercially as a stand-alone qualification.
At present, Level 2 qualifications are not eligible for Advanced Learner Loans.
