Intermediate Level Business and Administration
Administrative roles in logistics, manufacturing and supply chain require the development of excellent organisation and communication skills. If you’re new to your role or holding a junior position within the company, the Level 2 framework will support you to improve your personal performance, solve business problems, deliver excellent customer care, carry out you work tasks to the best of your ability and manage qualitative and quantitative data.
Location: Work Based
Duration: 12 – 15 Months
Entry Requirements: You should hold a contract of employment and be employed for a minimum of 16hrs per week.
Employee Progression: After completing your Level 2 framework, you could progress on to a higher level Business Administration framework.
UNIT 32 – Meet and Welcome Visitors
This unit looks at the process and procedures to follow and the hospitality to provide when meeting all visitors to the business.
UNIT 49 – Administer Human Resources Records
This unit supports administration staff to review their knowledge, understanding and skills at creating, maintaining, reporting on and ensuring legal and organisational compliance with Human Resource records for existing staff and new starters.
This qualification can be fully funded within an Apprenticeship framework. Alternatively, it is available commercially as a stand-alone qualification.
At present, Level 2 qualifications are not eligible for Advanced Learner Loans.
