L3 in Business and Administration
Experienced School Administrators are required to adopt a solution-based approach, effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders and contributing to the decision making process. As you complete this framework, you will reflect on and develop job role specific skills, leadership and management skills, contribute to the running of projects and develop processes within your area of expertise.
Location: Work Based
Duration: 15 – 18 Months
Entry Requirements: You should hold a contract of employment and be employed for a minimum of 16hrs per week.
Personal Progression: You could progress on to a higher level Business Administration or Management and Leadership framework.
UNIT 9 – Supervise a Team in a Business Environment
This unit is about supervising the work of a team in a business environment to make sure that work is planned, carried out, supervised, monitored and evaluated for possible improvements in ways of working individually and as a team.
UNIT 67 – Provide Administrative Support in Schools
This unit is about providing administrative support within a school environment, including understanding the policies, procedures, environment and your own role within a school.
This qualification can be fully funded within an Apprenticeship framework and as a stand-alone qualification through the Advanced Learner Loan. Alternatively, this Level 3 is also available commercially as a stand-alone qualification.
