Level 2 IWFM Facilities Services Principles Course

On our Facilities Services Principles course you’ll develop your understanding of the foundation elements of the Facilities Management (FM) sector.

  • Qualifications – Level 2 IWFM Certificate in Facilities Services Principles
  • Learning style – face-to-face, online and remote coaching
  • Progression – Level 3 or other related FM specialisms
  • Duration – You’ll be registered for 2 years with the awarding organisation, submitting assignments for each module with 6 weeks

How you’ll learn

Each module will be delivered in a way in which accommodates your learning style and takes account of prior learning and experience. An experienced FM Trainer will deliver each subject and use workplace examples to help meet learning outcomes for each assignment.

How you’ll be assessed

Each module is formatively assessed based on written submissions – also including a professional discussion, Q&A and work project where required.

Career progression

After successfully completing this FM course, you’ll be awarded the Level 2 Facilities Services Principles Certificate worth 13 credits. With this qualification you’ll demonstrate your skills and enhance your employability – and you could progress onto Level 3 Facilities Management courses.
