Level 4 IWFM Facilities Management Course

Take your core Facilities Management (FM) skills to the next level as a current or aspiring Facilities Manager. You’ll look at the application and impact of FM across a wide variety of modules. You’ll gain a widely recognised qualification to demonstrate your professional experience and develop your career.

  • Qualification – Award (12 credits), Certificate (24 credits) or Diploma (48 credits)
  • Learning style – face-to-face, online and remote coaching

  • Duration – typically 3 consecutive workshop days and assignments submitted within 6 weeks (though bespoke delivery options are available)

How you’ll learn

Each module will be delivered in a way in which accommodates your learning style and your prior learning and experience. An FM Trainer will deliver each subject – using workplace examples to help meet the learning outcomes for each assignment.

How you’ll be assessed

Each module is formatively assessed based on written submissions – including a professional discussion, Q&A and work project where required.

Career progression

After successfully completing this FM course, you’ll be awarded the Level 4 Award, Certificate or Diploma in Facilities Management. With this qualification you’ll demonstrate your skills and enhance your employability.

You’ll also be an affiliate member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) during the programme, and an associate member afterwards.
